We started from somewhere in Khobar and drove all the Way to Hofuf (100 km from Khobar thru Abqaiq Road)..kinda little drizzle on and off...to sum it up..weather was great for driving...we were riding as convoy.. like nobody left alone in the middle of nowhere....our car was driven by the sergey, sam next to him and I was at the backseat....
Entered the Canyon way thru dusty road off the highway...straight, left and the right ..
walla.. we are at the camp site...some of the people were already there and they got the best place to pitch in their tent ....we parked our car and got out .. searched for our place and pitched in our tent.
Little Blue and Red one is mine...It was not my fault.. the attendant told me that it can fit in 2 persons (wonder he was blind or I was invisible to him) he could not see a big man who can hardly fit in that small cage..anyway I crampedly manage to fit in my little tent.Rehydration and other Running and Walking activity follows...we did like 4 km run/walk....
Back to Camp Area...camp fire, food...pringle song....lots of noises..hydration and then sleep....Wakey Wakey at 6 am and then a breakfast .. again the Canyon Trail.. well, some of the people got lost half way to the end of the cave/canyon...some followed the wrong trail ended up on the plateau with no roads...had to come down in a rock climbing style....
Exhausted, drank loads of liquid..mid-afternoon hit the road and then back to our home safe and sound.
Looking forward to another camp in 6 months...
